Astro Bot is one of the most popular titles of 2024, and has been nominated for several awards. And if we’re still playing it today, almost three months after its launch, it’s because Team Asobi has decided to release several free updates adding extra levels with a challenge to match. After these challenges, the studio wants to end the year more gently by releasing a new update aimed at all audiences.
Christmas Bot Arrives Early
There are no time trials or impossible obstacles to overcome in this new Astro Bot update. Nicolas Doucet, director of Team Asobi, announces that this winter update will bring a new world to explore, suitable for both kids and adults. This means a more traditional level, compared with the bonus levels released in November.
The studio doesn’t want to spoil the surprise, so it’s not saying too much about this free update, which will be available starting Friday December 13. All we know is that this level will be dedicated to the holiday season, with many surprises to discover, including bonus Bots to pick up everywhere.
