After years of efforts from CD Projekt Red, Cyberpunk 2077 version 2.0 was originally intended to put an end to the game’s updates. And with the departure of the teams working on The Witcher 4, there weren’t many people left to look after Night City and its residents. However, the Polish studio still had a few ideas for improving its game. To implement them, it needed to find a little help to avoid re-mobilizing its own teams. So Virtuos was the partner of choice for CD Projekt Red, to produce an update 2.2 for Cyberpunk 2077.
Johnny as a Co-pilot
This surprise update for Cyberpunk 2077 is already available to everyone on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series, with the intention of leaving more room to customize your own experience.
There are plenty of additional options for V, who is entitled to new tattoos and accessories. Our protagonist isn’t the only one to get a facelift, since the update will also focus on the customization of your racing cars, with the possibility of choosing your favorite paint, in addition to many other details.
Another change in version 2.2 is the Photo mode, with new lighting and a few bonus options. With all this, you’ll be able to take your best shots of Johnny, who can now ride in the passenger seat of your car if your relationship with him is strong enough.
