Naughty Dog certainly didn’t come empty-handed at the Game Awards. Not satisfied with closing the show by unveiling a first trailer for its new license Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, the studio announced that it had one last thing left to do with The Last of Us series: release The Last of Us Part II Remastered on PC. The remaster is currently only available on PS5, and the PC community is now waiting to discover this episode. The wait will last another few months, but Ellie is on her way.
One Last Port for the Road
This PC version of the game will include all the content of the PS5 version of course, i.e. all updates and the No Return mode. It will also offer support for the DualSense controller, as well as a host of visual enhancements to make the title more beautiful than ever, provided you have the right machine for the job.
To discover the second part of Ellie’s adventures on this platform, we’ll have to wait until April 3, when The Last of Us Part II Remastered will be available on PC.
In the meantime, Naughty Dog will probably share the various configurations required to determine whether the title will run properly on your PC, but we can expect similar requirements to those for the first episode.
